UNIFIED EXPERIENCE｜Industrial Design & Digital Interaction
This project showcases a holistic design approach for the smart robot mop, encompassing both industrial design and digital interaction. Our goal was to create a unified experience where the physical device and its interface speak the same design language.
To complement this minimalist physical form, we developed an intuitive motion interface. This dynamic UI utilizes elegant, minimalist animations and clear visual feedback to communicate the robot's status—from mapping the room to returning to the charging station. By merging hardware design with responsive motion graphics, we elevated the overall user experience, transforming a functional appliance into an engaging and highly communicative smart home companion.
Soft Vertex
The distinctive triangular silhouette is a deliberate marriage of form and functional efficiency. This shape naturally allows the device to reach deep into corners and navigate complex edges where traditional circular robots struggle.
The gently rounded corners and continuous curves dilute mechanical coldness, presenting a friendly, approachable aesthetic that glides gracefully across living spaces.
